i filled up my 1.5 gallon tank of my scooter for the first ride of the year. i ended up putting 7/10 of a gallon and it was bleeping $3.50!!! i've never put more than $2 in my scooter. not so glad to hear the administration's strategy is asking us to skip a starbucks once in a while.
