I am absolutely heartbroken about the destruction of Lahaina in Maui, which I've been to several times. I feel so bad for all who have been displaced, lost their homes, and some their family/friends. This will financially destroy most of Maui's tourism industry as well for years to come.
By the way Gidget I wanted to purr to you that Mom has every whisker of mine she was able to find. I have white whiskers but the carpet is very very light.Makes them very hard to find. She also has all of Admiral's she could find. She was a Tortie. One side of her whiskers was black, and one white. But...mom certainly always found the black ones.
Yes, we'd all be most thankful if those wildfires would get put out so the healing in Hawaii can begin. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

Yes, purrs for Hawai'i!
So many fires everywhere. Loss if life is beyond sad.

My pawrents vacationed on Maui a few years ago. It's so heartbreaking to think of it being devastated by fire. Prayers for them all.

Lovely post, our purrs and prayers are towards Maui today.
We send purrayers and POTP for all the people and animals- pets and wildlife - on beautiful Hawaii.
That is pretty.

It's just tragic. Seems half the country is flooding and the other half is burning.
What’s happening in Hawaii is terrible! Sending purrs and prayers to all those affected.
