So lately, izza my jobbie to wake dee mum up so dat she can git goin at a reasonable hour and git her "mom stuff" done. She hazza bin oversleeping alot witch cauzez my food bowl to be M-tee and my tummy to grumbull. Today they come to power warsh dee houze so dat it can be painted on thurzday. so rite b4 6 am, i went into dee bedroom and chirped at dee mum dat it wuz "dat time", she chirped back at me, "ok" . we chirped back and forth. "r yoo gittin up?", "yeah, in a minute", "ok, my bowl izza M-tee", "i know, i love you baby", i no, now git owtta bed ok?", "ok, do yoo love me baby?", "yes mum"

5:30 am.......BOOM...CRASH.....RUMBLE!!!!!!!! jump...trot, trot, trot. i yam now inna dee closet!! i see litening flash on dee wall!!... wun missi.........BOOM...CRASH.....RUMBLE!!!!!!!! ...i did not eben git thru wun mississipii...dee thunder cloud izza rite ober owr houze!!!!!!!! anudder flash ovva lite....wun mississ....BOOM...CRASH.....RUMBLE!!!!!!!! .......mum?!?

from the mom: this went on for about 30 minutes then it moved away finally. little 20 second spurts of rain happened here and there. 8:30 am now, i just found out that the power is out about 2 miles away from me. the thunder claps were directly over our house and the cracking was super loud. when i got out of bed finally at 6:30 i had to make sure that my internet, dish tv and solar power were all working. i was afraid of the lightning hitting my solar panels.
