Oh dear, Gidget, we hope you both start healing quickly as it's no fun having aches and pains. In an effort to lighten things up a bit, I'll share a similar little tale: when mom and dad first moved into the house they lived in down in Asheville the floors were newly urethaned and real slick. Dad, ever the genius, was holding Cleo, my predecessor, and thought it would be fun to run and slide in his socks. Well, sure enough, he slid across the dining room floor, smacked right into the wall and fell, cradling Cleo so she wouldn't get hurt. He cracked a big ol' hole in the wall, and thankfully was able to patch it since he had drywall skills. The end.
