What a delightful and interesting story. Made my dad think back about a bazillion-pound emotional support pig (yep, you read that right) who lived in a third-floor apartment where he and mom lived for a while before moving from Wilmington to Asheville.
What a terrific idea for the airport to have any and all kinds of rescued animals for calming and comfort of travel/flight stress.
