Sunset thru da smoke

 

it depends which way the wind is blowing, the smoke iz coming from the south, north and east from multiple fires.  we were good until about 7 days ago when the wind changed direction and the the caldor fire started in the el dorado forest.  a westerly wind will clear most of the smoke out.

    Oh Gidget - we wish these fires could be brought under control for the sake of all the people and animals. We even see some effects as far east as Ohio.

    Gidget, this is a terrible thing that happens, as we all of us here know, every single year. I'm surprised there are enough trees to fuel a fire after all that has been destroyed.
